What we do

Fallstaff Search is an independent recruiting firm founded in 1990, specializing within the medical device sector and specifically within the sales organization. The firm was founded and based in the Maryland/DC/NVA market in 1990. As technology has evolved, so has the firm and we recruit nationally, though we still pride ourselves on having deep routes and a wide network within the MD/DC/VA market. We have a very niche focus with an expansive network of recruiting partners that allows us to be involved in many recruiting projects beyond just our internal clients hiring needs. We have strong relationships with hundreds of recruiters/agencies across the country through our recruitment network, The First Interview Network, as well as organic relationships in the field. The depth and breadth of our professional relationships are what uniquely separates us from other independent firms working alone. We have placed thousands of candidates over the 30+ years that we have been in business. Our philosophy is to make the perfect match on both sides of the equation for the interview process. We strive for longevity in the hires we participate in and this is only achieved when all parties are uniquely aligned.

Graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Cognitive Science and Psychology in 2000. She began her career in San Francisco where she spent 5 years in the advertising world, gaining experience in business development and management of major accounts.  Hilary moved back to Maryland and continued in advertising sales in Baltimore before joining Fallstaff in 2006 as a medical sales recruiter.  In 2017 she became the President and owner of the firm.
