Hilary is an honest and upfront recruiter. She puts her clients best interests before her own. Hilary originally reached out to me because she was searching for a candidate to fill a particular position. After talking with her, she realized what I was (and was not) willing to leave my current role for. She knew the perfect opportunity for me; even though it was not a position she was recruiting for. She connected me with the recruiter of my current position and the rest is history. I am not sure if there are many other recruiters that would have done for me what she did.
